Phlebotomy Registration Deposit

  • The 9-week program meets in person one day per week with the possibility of reverting back to online/hybrid learning due to COVID-19.
  • After successful completion of the program, the student will receive a certificate of completion
    from the school (they are accredited) and will be eligible to take the NHA CPT exam to become a
    nationally certified phlebotomy technician.
  • Completed registration forms must be returned to the school within 5 days after you register online; otherwise, we cannot complete your registration, and it will be canceled.

The cost of tuition is $2100 with the following payment plan:
$100 non-refundable deposit due at registration.
$400 due the first, third, fifth, seventh, and ninth week of the program.

Registration is by appointment only we do not encourage “walk-ins” because the office manager may
not be in. It takes about 15 mins to register and fill out the paperwork. Students do need their $100
non-refundable deposit at the time of registration. The deposit needs to be made online, with cash, or by money order.

MCA does not accept personal checks.
